Artificial grass is an alternative solution to a natural lawn. It demands very little upkeep as you will not have to mow it or cope with mud during the winter.
These days, artificial grass is comprised of fibres and infills of a mixture of sand and granules of recycled rubber. They have generally been made use of in industrial conditions, but they are becoming a lot more common in people’s homes.
You can lay artificial grass on virtually any surface, whether it’s flat or sloping. It’s safe for young children and pets, plus it drains like actual grass so you won’t end up with puddles. It’s environmentally friendly as you won’t need to water it and there’s no requirement to treat it with pesticides or feeds.
You should get up to 20 years out of your artificial grass without any maintenance and hassle. It won’t fade or flatten as time passes, and it’ll retain its colour right until the end of its life.
When you need a local pro to lay artificial grass for you, simply fill in the form and we’ll place you in touch with up to 4 contractors who will provide you with a no cost, no obligation quote.

Buckhurst Hill is an affluent suburban town in Essex . Positioned adjacent to the northern boundary of Greater London, it is part of the Greater London Urban Area. It’s at the western edge of Essex, around 10 miles (17 kilometres) northeast of Charing Cross and close to the boundary with the London Borough of Redbridge. Parts of Epping Forest are in Buckhurst Hill and are mixed with residential areas. The nearest areas are Chigwell, Chingford, Loughton and Woodford. Based on the 2011 Census, the town features a permanent population of roughly 11,380 inhabitants. The very first mention of Buckhurst Hill is in 1135, when reference was made to ‘La Bocherste’, becoming in later years ‘Bucket Hill’, traditionally meaning a hill covered with beech trees. It sat in Epping Forest and consisted of only some scattered homes along the historic road from Woodford to Loughton. Just before the building of the railways, Buckhurst Hill was on the stage coach route between London and Cambridge, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and Dunmow. Historically it was a part of the parish of Chigwell; there was no road connecting the two communities and as a way to get to church, parishioners had to cross the River Roding at Woodford. The opening of Buckhurst Hill Station in 1856 led to a rapid expansion in the population of the area, with almost six hundred new homes having been built near the station by 1871. The town also hosts the Buckhurst Hill Football Club and Buckhurst Hill Cricket Club.
