Landscaping is a term which means transforming the visible features of land, and can therefore include a wide range of gardening tasks, from simple DIY projects to full scale design and build landscaping solutions. Landscaping is frequently broken into two separate areas. Soft landscaping refers to adjustments to plants, trees and bushes, as well as laying turf. Hard landscaping is used to group alterations to terrain such as the installation of patios, walls, fences, decking, driveways, or artificial grass. Landscaping will also incorporate maintenance jobs such as mowing and strimming lawns, trimming hedges and bushes and pruning trees, although these activities are typically performed together with larger scale improvements to the garden itself.
Experienced landscaping companies will be able to conduct a survey of your garden and recommend to you the best adjustments to maximise the use of your space. If you have always wanted a patio, sleeper beds for planting or a water fountain, a landscape company will undertake the design and build of these elements. In addition, many landscaping companies also offer an aftercare service, where they will perform regular upkeep on your garden to ensure its new features stay in perfect condition. Landscaping works can make your garden and the other areas around your home such as your driveway a genuinely practical and beautiful space that you can enjoy for many years to come.

Rainham belongs of the Medway Towns conurbation its population often included under Gillingham in the unitary authority of Medway, in South East England, and part of the ceremonial area of Kent. Historically, Rainham was a different village up until, in 1928, it was contributed to the Metropolitan Borough of Gillingham, which was originally developed in 1903 and also was grouped into the latter’s built-up area in evaluation of the 2011 census by the Office for National Statistics. It entered into the Medway authority when Gillingham was integrated with the other communities to create Medway Unitary Authority in 1998. It has its very own recreation and retail center and unlike Gillingham has a traditional area broadly to the south as well as which given that the late 20th century is mainly household real estate. Rainham was originally a straight settlement along the main road. The population in 1801 was 422; two centuries later it is well over six thousand. Part of the reason for this huge development can be credited to the railway. When the railway was available in 1858 it brought an almost immediate boost in the size of the village; when the Chatham Main Line was amazed in 1959, as with all the places offered by it, community growth began again. Among the results was the structure of Parkwood estate.
