Maintenance and upkeep is a substantial aspect of any beautiful garden. While small gardens might only need periodic maintenance, larger gardens can easily become overgrown and difficult to use and enjoy. Choosing an experienced gardener to take care of your garden will ensure it looks as attractive as possible, and can even save you money in the long term, as the price of restoring an overgrown garden can be extremely high, and could even call for replacing any damaged plants.
Garden maintenance jobs will obviously vary substantially depending on the size of your garden and the kind of plants that are in it. Lawns will demand mowing, strimming and edging, as well as grass feeding and weeding to kill off any weeds or moss that could be growing. This will make sure your garden features a desirable green lawn. Plants and flowerbeds will demand planting and pruning, while hedges and large bushes or trees will require trimming to ensure they do not block out too much light or become overgrown.
Professional garden maintenance companies can carry out all of these jobs. They will bring all of their own tools, which could save you from the need to store heavy garden tools, as well as disposing of your garden waste in an eco-friendly way. Garden maintenance companies will typically arrange to carry out maintenance in an ongoing fashion and will agree a maintenance timetable of work with you. Generally, this will include a visit every couple of weeks, potentially increasing to weekly at specific times of the year.
