Maintenance and upkeep is a big element of any beautiful garden. While small gardens may only need occasional maintenance, bigger gardens can quickly become overgrown and difficult to use and appreciate. Choosing a professional gardener to maintain your garden will ensure it looks as attractive as possible, and could even save you money in the long term, as the cost of cutting back an overgrown garden can be extremely substantial, and could even involve replacing any damaged plants. Garden maintenance jobs will obviously vary significantly depending on the size of your garden and the type of plants that are in it. Lawns will demand mowing, strimming and edging, as well as grass feeding and weeding to kill off any weeds or moss that might be growing. This will make sure your garden features a attractive green lawn. Plants and flowerbeds will demand planting and pruning, while hedges and large bushes or trees will require trimming to ensure they do not block out too much light or become overgrown. Professional garden maintenance companies will be able to perform all of these jobs. They will bring all of their own tools, which could save you from having to store heavy garden tools, as well as disposing of your garden waste in an eco-friendly way. Garden maintenance companies will frequently arrange to execute maintenance in a regular fashion and will agree a maintenance timetable of work with you. Generally, this will consist of a visit every couple of weeks, potentially increasing to weekly at specific times of the year.

Pevensey is a village and also civil parish in the Wealden area of East Sussex, England. The primary village is located 5 miles (8 km) north-east of Eastbourne, one mile (1.6 kilometres) inland from Pevensey Bay. The settlement of Pevensey Bay develops part of the parish. It was below that William the Conqueror made the landing in his invasion of England in 1066 after crossing the English Channel from Normandy, France. In 1207 the town was granted an imperial charter by King John as well as was controlled by Pevensey Corporation. With the decline in the community’s value by the 19th century, the Corporation was eventually dissolved in 1886 and also the community lost its district status. The records of the Corporation are kept in the East Sussex Record Office at Lewes, and a volunteer body, the Pevensey Town Trust, was created to take care of the residential or commercial property which had formerly come from the Corporation, most significantly the Old Court House. Pevensey is currently a village, with a parish council including twelve chosen councillors. Three councillors are chosen to the Wealden District Council to stand for Pevensey; the Member of Parliament is Hugh Merriman, who stands for the Bexhill and Battle Constituency, of which Pevensey is component. Pevensey is also part of the electoral ward called Pevensey as well as Westham. The population of this ward at the 2011 Census was 9,467.
