Tree felling may be executed for various reasons. Trees that are diseased or weakened and incapable of recovering may need to be felled to make sure that they do not fall on their own and cause damage or harm to property. Similarly, if trees are harmed by inclement weather or other factors and have partially fallen they will likely need felling to ensure that they do not cause any additional destruction either to properties or neighbouring trees. Domestic tree felling can also be carried out if a tree has grown too big or is particularly near a building and therefore very likely to cause structural issues. In addition, trees in gardens can be felled if they are obscuring the light to a property or otherwise impacting your enjoyment of your garden.
Although it can be tempting to handle tree felling as a DIY job, it is unsafe to attempt without the appropriate training and planning. Experienced tree surgeons can fell trees in a safe way and ensure that they do not cause any damage to property as they are felled. If the area around a tree is limited, the tree can be felled in portions to lower the chance of it falling and causing damage in the nearby area. Tree felling companies will also dispose of the felled tree in a sustainable way, and could even cut up the tree into logs for use in a wood burner or stove.

Kingsbridge is a market town as well as visitor hub in the South Hams area of Devon, England, with a population of 6,116 at the 2011 census. 2 selecting wards birth the name of Kingsbridge (East & North). Their combined population at the above census was 4,381. It is located at the north end of the Kingsbridge Estuary, a ria that reaches the sea 6 miles south of the town. It is the third largest negotiation in the South Hams and is 32 miles (51 km) south-southwest of Exeter. The community formed around a bridge which was constructed in or before the 10th century between the imperial estates of Alvington, to the west, as well as Chillington, to the east, thus providing it the name of Kyngysbrygge (“King’s bridge”). In 1219 the Abbot of Buckfast was granted the right to hold a market there, and by 1238 the settlement had actually become a borough. The estate continued to be in ownership of the abbot until the Dissolution of the Monasteries, when it was approved to Sir William Petre. Kingsbridge was never stood for in Parliament or included by charter, the local government being by a portreeve. It lay within the thousand of Stanborough.
