Although its value as an element of garden design is often overlooked, fencing is a vital part of both the appearance and functionality of your garden. Garden fencing is likely to differ between the front and rear of properties, with higher and more substantial timber fencing typically being installed in the rear garden, while the front of the property often features more compact and more decorative fencing. Fencing for the front of the home tends to feature a low height and large spaces between the wooden slats. It is also often painted to enhance its ornamental effect.
Fencing in the back garden is often used for privacy and to protect the boundaries of a garden, as well as to keep household pets or other small animals or wildlife either in or out. Because of this, these varieties of fences are approximately 6 feet high and use wooden slats without gaps in between. Because of the extra height, these fences usually have concrete footings laid between each panel to provide security and prevent the fence from blowing over or being ruined in high winds.
Garden fencing sections are generally constructed from wood. The posts in between the panels are made from either timber, stone, or concrete. More recently, fence panels have started to be made from heavily recycled and eco friendly composite materials such as recycled bamboo.

Get Berriedale pros
Berriedale is a tiny estate town on the north east coastline of Caithness, Scotland, on the A9 roadway in between Helmsdale and also Lybster, near to the border in between Caithness as well as Sutherland. It is sheltered from the North Sea. The town has a parish church in the Church of Scotland. Just south of Berriedale, heading to the north, the A9 passes the Berriedale Braes, a high drop in the landscape (brae is a Scots word for hill, a loaning of the Scottish Gaelic bràighe). The roadway falls outstanding (13% over 1,3 kilometres) to link a river, prior to climbing once again (13% over 1,3 kilometres), with a variety of sharp bends in the roadway– although several of the hairpin flexes as well as other nearby gradients have actually been relieved over the last few years. The impracticality (and also cost) of linking the Berriedale Braes stopped the building of the Inverness-Wick Far North Line along the eastern shore of Caithness; rather the railway runs inland through the Flow Country. Berriedale lies at the end of the 8th stage of the coastal John o’ Groats Route.
