Landscaping is a term which means changing the visible features of land, and can as a result include numerous gardening tasks, from simple DIY projects to full scale design and build landscaping solutions. Landscaping is normally broken into two distinct areas. Soft landscaping refers to modifications to plants, trees and bushes, as well as laying turf. Hard landscaping is used to group changes to terrain such as installing patios, walls, fences, decking, driveways, or artificial grass. Landscaping will also consist of maintenance jobs such as mowing and strimming lawns, trimming hedges and bushes and pruning trees, although these activities are often performed alongside larger scale adjustments to the garden itself.
Experienced landscaping companies will be able to execute a survey of your garden and advise you on the ideal improvements to increase the use of your space. If you have always desired a patio, sleeper beds for planting or a water feature, a landscape company will perform the design and build of these elements. Furthermore, many landscaping companies also provide an aftercare service, where they will perform regular maintenance on your garden to ensure its new features remain in perfect condition. Landscaping works will make your garden and the other areas around your home such as your driveway a really useful and elegant space that you can enjoy for many years to come.

Queenborough is a town on the Isle of Sheppey in the Swale district of Kent in South East England. Queenborough is 2 miles (3 km) south of Sheerness. It grew as a port near the Thames Estuary at the westward entry to the Swale where it signs up with the River Medway. It remains in the Sittingbourne as well as Sheppey legislative constituency. Queenborough Harbour supplies moorings in between the Thames and Medway. It is feasible to land at Queenborough on any kind of trend and there are watercraft home builders as well as chandlers in the marina. Admiral Lord Nelson is considered to have discovered many of his seafaring skills in these waters, and likewise shared a residence near the tiny harbour with his mistress, Lady Hamilton. Queenborough today still shows something of its initial 18th-century seafaring history, from which period the majority of its more famous structures survive. The church is the single surviving function from the middle ages duration. The town was first represented by 2 members of parliament in 1572. At the 2001 UK census, the parish of Queenborough had a population of 3,471.
