Maintenance and upkeep is a substantial element of any beautiful garden. While small gardens might only demand infrequent maintenance, more substantial gardens can quickly become overgrown and difficult to use and enjoy. Employing an expert gardener to maintain your garden will make sure it looks as beautiful as possible, and may even save you money in the long term, as the cost of cutting back an overgrown garden is often very substantial, and could even require replacing any damaged plants.
Garden maintenance jobs will obviously differ significantly depending on the size of your garden and the kind of plants that are in it. Lawns will need mowing, strimming and edging, as well as grass feeding and weeding to kill off any weeds or moss that could be growing. This will ensure your garden has a desirable green lawn. Plants and flowerbeds will need planting and pruning, while hedges and large bushes or trees will need trimming to ensure they don’t block out too much light or become overgrown.
Expert garden maintenance companies can undertake all of these jobs. They will bring all of their own tools, which could save you from the need to store bulky garden tools, as well as disposing of your garden waste in an environmentally friendly way. Garden maintenance companies will usually organise to execute maintenance in an ongoing fashion and will agree a maintenance routine of work with you. Usually, this will include a visit every couple of weeks, potentially increasing to every week at specific times of the year.
