Maintenance and upkeep is a significant portion of any beautiful garden. Although small gardens might only require occasional maintenance, bigger gardens can easily become overgrown and difficult to use and appreciate. Employing a specialist gardener to maintain your garden will ensure it looks as beautiful as possible, and may even save you money in the long term, as the price of restoring an overgrown garden can be very significant, and could even involve replanting any damaged plants.
Garden maintenance jobs will obviously vary substantially depending on the size of your garden and the kind of plants that are in it. Lawns will require mowing, strimming and edging, as well as grass feeding and weeding to kill off any weeds or moss that might be growing. This will ensure your garden has a attractive green lawn. Plants and flowerbeds will demand planting and pruning, while hedges and large bushes or trees will require trimming to ensure they don’t block out too much light or become overgrown.
Expert garden maintenance companies will be able to accomplish all of these jobs. They will bring all of their own tools, which could save you from the need to store bulky garden tools, as well as disposing of your garden waste in an green way. Garden maintenance companies will usually organise to execute maintenance in a continuous fashion and will agree a maintenance timetable of work with you. Typically, this will include a visit every couple of weeks, potentially increasing to every week at specific times of the year.
