Patios remain a very widely used method of creating functional outdoor spaces that you can use for socialising, dining, or simply to enhance the appeal of your garden. Patios are created from block or slab paving and can come in an enormous array of colours, patterns and designs. Patios can be laid in either random course patterns where the pattern is varied, or in repeating patterns which have a consistent effect. Patios are extremely durable and need hardly any maintenance, only occasional cleaning to protect the natural beauty of the stone. Patios are often installed in locations where patio or French doors can open directly out onto them as this creates a smooth transition between the inside and outside spaces. Patios come in a wide assortment of colours and types of stone. Give some thought to using a different colour and type of stone to either inlay an elegant design or as edging to emphasise the shape of your patio. It is important to consider the use of your patio when designing it and measure accurately to be sure that any furniture fits the intended space. Experienced patio and paving companies can design you a patio that perfectly fulfills your preferences and creates an outdoor area that is practical as well as beautiful.

Tillicoultry (population 5,900) is a community in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. Tillicoultry is usually referred to as Tilly by the citizens. One of the Hillfoots Villages on the A91, which ranges from Stirling to St. Andrews, Tillicoultry is situated at the southerly base of the Ochil Hills, which give an amazing background. The River Devon lies to the south. The river also goes through neighbouring villages Dollar and Alva to the east and west specifically. The previous mining village of Coalsnaughton exists simply southern, whilst Alloa exists 4 mi southwest. The “hill” described in the first etymology is most likely to be Kirkhill, at the east of the community. The alternate Latin etymology, Tellus culta, the grown land, recommended by Rev. William Osborne, minister of the church from 1773 to 1794, is likewise feasible. However, as both etymologies could equally be applied to a hundred areas in Scotland, both are suspect, as neither specify the town in an one-of-a-kind manner.
