Tree felling could be carried out for various reasons. Trees that are diseased or damaged and not able to recover might need to be felled to be certain that they do not fall by themselves and cause injury or damage to property. In the same way, if trees are damaged by bad weather or other factors and have partially fallen they will probably require felling to ensure that they do not cause any further destruction either to properties or adjoining trees. Domestic tree felling can be carried out if a tree has grown too big or is especially close to a building and therefore likely to cause structural issues. Furthermore, trees in gardens can be felled if they are obscuring the light to a property or otherwise impacting your enjoyment of your garden. While it can be tempting to carry out tree felling as a DIY job, it is dangerous to attempt without the appropriate training and planning. Expert tree felling companies can fell trees in a safe way and ensure that they do not cause any damage to property as they are felled. If the area around a tree is restricted, the tree can be felled in sections to lower the chance of it falling and causing damage in the surrounding area. Tree felling companies will also dispose of the fallen tree in a environmentally friendly way, and could even cut up the tree into logs for use in a wood burner or stove.

Newnham or Newnham on Severn is a town in west Gloucestershire, England. It depends on the Royal Woodland of Dean, on the west financial institution of the River Severn, roughly 10 miles south-west of Gloucester and also three miles southeast of Cinderford. It is on the A48 road in between Gloucester as well as Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Wales. The village has a parish council. A parish church was established in the 14th century (although there had been a chapel of convenience because 1018), and in 1366 a new church structure was built on the high ground of the village as the old one encountered erosion from the river. The brand-new structure has itself been harmed by a gunpowder explosion in 1644 throughout the English Civil War as well as a fire in 1881, but is still in operation. As a result of Newnham’s area on the Severn, the Ancient Romans developed 3 roads via the area, where they forded the river. The Anglo-Saxons established a permanent negotiation, the Normans developed a motte-and-bailey stronghold for support, and also in middle ages times it ended up being a significant port with links around Great Britain and Ireland. In 1171, Henry II of England presented an intrusion of Ireland from Newnham. One account declared that he set sail with 400 ships and 5,000 males, which recommends its significance as a port. Temporarily Newnham was one of the most effective Gloucestershire community west of the Severn. Its role as a port and trading center declined, however, swiftly with the 1827 opening of the Gloucester and also Sharpness Canal. In 1810, an early attempt at a Severn passage began building and construction just southern of Newnham. Work was deserted after flooding in 1812. The civil parish is part of Newnham as well as Westbury selecting ward. This ward starts in the north at Westbury-on-Severn and afterwards adheres to the River Severn to Newnham. The overall population of the ward taken at the 2011 census was 3,088.
