Although its significance as an element of garden design is often disregarded, fencing is a key part of both the appearance and functionality of your garden. Garden fencing is likely to differ between the front and rear of properties, with higher and more secure timber fencing generally being used in the rear garden, while the front of the house often utilises smaller and more ornamental fencing. Fencing for the front of the home tends to feature a low height and large spaces between the wooden slats. It is also often stained to improve its decorative effect. Fencing in the back garden is typically used for privacy and to preserve the borders of a garden, as well as to keep household pets or other small animals or wildlife either in or out. For this reason, these types of fences are roughly 6 feet high and use wooden slats with no spaces in between. Due to the added height, these fences often have concrete footings laid between each panel to provide stability preventing the fence from blowing over or being broken in poor weather. Garden fencing sections are generally made of wood. The posts in between the panels are made from either timber, stone, or concrete. More recently, fence panels have started to be made of heavily recycled and eco friendly composite materials such as recycled bamboo.

Epping is a market town and civil parish in the Epping Forest district of the County of Essex, England. It is located roughly 3 miles (5 km) northeast of Loughton, 5 miles (8 kilometres) south of Harlow and 11 miles (18 kilometres) northwest of Brentwood. The town covers a total area of 2.98 square miles. In accordance with the 2011 Census, Epping has a permanent population of 11461, which has increased somewhat from the 11047 citizens recorded in the 2001 Census. Many of the population reside in the built-up region located on and around the High Street (B1393) and Station Road. Although it is the terminus for London Underground’s Central Line, the town is characterised by some components of rurality, being encompassed by Epping Forest and working farmland. Epping is home to a range of remarkably old buildings, a number of which are Grade I and II listed structures. The town also retains its weekly market. Going back to 1253, the market occurs every Monday and continues to catch the attention of a high number of shoppers from neighboring areas. In spite of the fact that the popular Epping Butter, which was in high demand during the 18th and 19th centuries, is no longer made, the widely known Epping sausages continue to be made by Church’s Butchers who have actually been trading on the same site ever since 1888. Epping is the home of Hallows End Haunt, an annual Halloween Home Haunt established by a local family to provide members of the neighborhood with a safe area to trick or treat. For all of your home developments, make sure to find reliable contractors in Epping to make certain of quality.
