Tree felling can be performed for a variety of reasons. Trees that are diseased or damaged and not able to recover might need to be felled to guarantee that they do not fall by themselves and cause damage or harm to property. Similarly, if trees are damaged by bad weather or other factors and have partly fallen they will often need felling to ensure that they do not cause any more damage either to properties or neighbouring trees. Domestic tree felling can be carried out if a tree has grown too big or is particularly close to a building and therefore very likely to cause structural problems. Furthermore, trees in gardens can be felled if they are obscuring the light to a house or otherwise affecting your enjoyment of your garden.
Although it can be tempting to carry out tree felling as a DIY job, it is very risky to attempt without the appropriate training and planning. Experienced tree felling companies can fell trees in a safe way and ensure that they do not cause any harm to property as they are felled. If the space around a tree is constrained, the tree can be felled in portions to limit the chance of it falling and causing damage in the nearby area. Tree felling companies will also dispose of the felled tree in a environmentally friendly way, and could even cut up the tree into logs for use in a wood burner or stove.

Blairgowrie and also Rattray is a twin burgh in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Citizens refer to the town as “Blair”. Blairgowrie is the larger of both former burghs which were unified by an Act of Parliament in 1928 and pushes the southwest side of the River Ericht while Rattray is on the northeast side. Rattray claims to be the older and absolutely Old Rattray, the area round Rattray Kirk, goes back to the 12th century. New Rattray, the area along the Boat Brae and Balmoral Road dates from 1777 when the River was spanned by the Brig o’ Blair. The community pushes the north side of Strathmore at the foot of the Grampian Mountains. The west limit is developed by the Knockie, a round grassy hill, as well as Craighall Gorge on the Ericht. Blairgowrie and Rattray established over the centuries at the crossroads of a number of historic courses with links from the community to Perth, Coupar Angus, Alyth and Braemar. The roadways to Coupar Angus and Braemar form part of General Wade’s armed forces road from Perth to Ft George. The town’s centrepiece is the Wellmeadow, a verdant triangle in the middle of community which holds regular markets and exterior enjoyment.
