Maintenance and upkeep is a substantial part of any beautiful garden. While small gardens might only need infrequent maintenance, bigger gardens can easily become overgrown and difficult to use and enjoy. Hiring an expert gardener to maintain your garden will make sure it looks as beautiful as possible, and can even save you money in the long run, as the price of cutting back an overgrown garden can be extremely high, and may even require replanting any damaged plants. Garden maintenance jobs will obviously differ substantially depending on the size of your garden and the type of plants that are in it. Lawns will demand mowing, strimming and edging, as well as grass feeding and weeding to kill off any weeds or moss that could be growing. This can ensure your garden has a appealing green lawn. Plants and flowerbeds will require planting and pruning, while hedges and large bushes or trees will need trimming to ensure they do not block out too much light or become overgrown. Expert garden maintenance companies can perform all of these jobs. They will bring all of their own tools, which can save you from having to store large garden tools, as well as disposing of your garden waste in an eco-friendly way. Garden maintenance companies will typically plan to undertake maintenance in an ongoing fashion and will agree a maintenance timetable of work with you. Generally, this will include a visit every couple of weeks, potentially increasing to every week at specific times of the year.
