Landscaping is a term that means adjusting the visible features of land, and can as a result refer to numerous gardening tasks, from simple DIY jobs to full scale design and build landscaping solutions. Landscaping is normally divided into two different areas. Soft landscaping refers to adjustments to plants, trees and bushes, as well as laying turf. Hard landscaping is used to group transformations to terrain like the installation of patios, walls, fences, decking, driveways, or artificial grass. Landscaping will also involve maintenance jobs such as mowing and strimming lawns, trimming hedges and bushes and pruning trees, although these activities are typically performed together with larger scale adjustments to the garden itself.
Professional landscaping experts will be able to execute a survey of your garden and recommend to you the ideal transformations to increase the use of your space. If you have always desired an outdoor patio, sleeper beds for planting or a water feature, a landscape company will carry out the design and build of these elements. Furthermore, many landscaping companies also provide an aftercare service, where they will carry out regular upkeep on your garden to ensure its new features stay in perfect condition. Landscaping works will make your garden and the other areas around your house such as your driveway a truly useful and stylish space that you can enjoy for many years to come.

The London Borough of Ealing borders the London Borough of Hillingdon to the west, the London Borough of Harrow plus the London Borough of Brent to the north, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to the east and the London Borough of Hounslow towards the south. It covers a total area of about 21.44 square miles.

In conjunction with Brentford, the London Borough of Ealing is the setting for much of the action in Robert Rankin’s series of comedic novels, The Brentford Trilogy, which presently consists of six volumes. Ealing is also the primary setting for ‘The Sarah Jane Adventures’, being the place of Sarah Jane Smith’s house. 330 hectares within the borough are designated as a part of the Metropolitan Green Belt.
