Patios remain an extremely successful method of creating functional outdoor spaces that can be used for socialising, dining, or just to enhance the appeal of your garden. Patios are made from block or slab paving and are available in a large array of colours, patterns and designs. Patios can be laid in either random course patterns where the pattern is varied, or in repeating patterns that have a consistent effect. Patios are particularly hard wearing and demand minimal maintenance, only occasional cleaning to protect the natural beauty of the stone. Patios are often installed in locations where patio or French doors can open directly out onto them as this results in a seamless transition between the inside and outside spaces. Patios come in a huge selection of colours and types of stone. Give some thought to using a different colour and kind of stone to either inlay a stylish design or as edging to emphasise the shape of your patio. It is critical to consider the use of your patio when planning it and measure precisely to be sure that any furniture will fit the intended space. Professional patio and paving companies can design you a patio that perfectly meets your requirements and creates an outdoor area that is functional as well as beautiful.

Faversham is a market town and civil parish in the Swale area of Kent, England. The town lies 48 miles from London and 10 miles from Canterbury. In accordance with the 2011 Census, the town has a permanent population of around 19316, growing by 1606 from the 2001 Census. It sits besides the Swale, a strip of sea that divides mainland Kent from the Isle of Sheppey in the Thames Estuary. It is next to the A2, which passes through an ancient British trackway used by the Romans and the Anglo-Saxons, known as Watling Street. The town’s name is a combination of Latin and Old English, which translates to mean ‘the metal-worker’s village’. Faversham has actually had a settlement ever since before Roman times, and archaeology has indicated that a Roman theatre was located in the town. With time, the town became an important seaport and centre for brewing. The Shepherd Neame Brewery, formed in 1698, continues to have a significant part in the local economy as a major employer. In between the 17th and the beginning of the 20th century, the town was the centre of the dynamites sector, which diminished after an incident in 1916 killed more than 100 laborers. This drop-off occurred simultaneously to the re-emergence of the town’s shipping industry, meaning that it had only a minor effect on the economy. There many landmarks to be seen in the town, with churches such as St. Mary of Charity, Faversham Parish Church, the Maison Dieu and Faversham Recreation Ground. Existing for over 900 years, the market continues to be located in the town centre. For all your house upgrades, make sure to make use of credible experts in Faversham to make certain of qual
